Gharyan College of Science is one of the leading institutions in the field of scientific research, and today it is taking a new step towards strengthening this role by establishing the Nanotechnology Unit. This unit represents an important beginning on the path to scientific research at the college, which is a strong indication of the provision of a scientific climate that allows faculty members interested in nanoscience to conduct their research. The unit also provides the opportunity for all researchers in many fields to apply nanotechnology.

From this standpoint, the Dean of the College of Science, Gharyan, met with some faculty members interested in this technology on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, to discuss establishing a unit concerned with nanoscience. It was agreed to assign a committee to prepare a proposal in this regard, in an effort to achieve the unit’s goals and develop scientific research in this promising field.
