The Scientific Committee for Zoology met on Thursday morning, February 15, 2024, at the Faculty of Science, University of Tripoli, headed by Prof. Dr.. Rifaat Tabak and the presence of committee members to follow up on the steps of preparation and coordination of the program.

He attended part of the meeting

a. Dr.. Abdel-Ati Al-Mabrouk Al-Ghaith, coordinator of the Zoology Department at the Gharyan College of Science, for the doctoral program in the Western Region.

During which the general framework of the doctoral program and the role of the main and subsidiary scientific committees in following up the educational process were discussed.

And A. Dr.. Ramadan Al-Mabrouk Al-Jadi reviewed the legal framework for the joint doctoral program within the framework of the decision of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. (39) of 2024 AD approving the organizational regulations for the doctoral program in the faculties of science. He stressed the need for all faculties of science to adhere to the laws, regulations and decisions related to the doctoral program, especially since it has become an option. Strategic at this point.

Thus, the work of the scientific committees continues intensively in all specializations to prepare scientific programs to the fullest extent in a way that serves society and contributes to the development of scientific research. The official announcement of the accreditation of scientific programs and the beginning of studies will be made as soon as the committees complete their tasks and provide the basic requirements for the program.
