Field study for Geology Department students

The trip to the field study for the students of the Geology Department continues for the second week in a row, and today was Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
Under the supervision of: Dr. Mahmoud Al-Sufi, Dr. Ibrahim Mreheel, and a group of teaching assistants in the department represented by Professor Muftah Al-Amin, Teaching Assistant Muhammad Shanbar, and Teaching Assistant Muhammad Balresha.
Dr. Ibrahim Mreheil provided a comprehensive explanation of the stratigraphic sequence of the Mesozoic rocks exposed in Gharyan and their relationship to the reservoir rocks in the Tripoli Marine Basin.
We thank Dr. Ibrahim Merhiel and Dr. Muftah Al-Jadi for accompanying this trip, and we also wish success to our students in the Geology Department and the team accompanying them.
