A workshop on characterizing, evaluating and reducing chemical risks within educational institutions
Characterizing and evaluating chemical risks and reducing them within educational institutions at the Gharyan College of Science Theater. This workshop was implemented by the Office of Follow-up, Equipping and Development of Laboratories at Gharyan University and sponsored by both the University of Gharyan and the College of Science in Gharyan, and the Office of Follow-up, Equipping and Development of Laboratories at the Ministry of Higher Education.
The workshop was opened with a speech by Professor Tariq Qunaidi, Director of the Laboratory Monitoring and Equipment Office at Gharyan University, followed by a speech by Dr. Shohoub Al-Ahmar, Dean of the College of Sciences in Gharyan, followed by a speech by Dr. Amal Ammar, Director of the Laboratory Monitoring and Equipment Office at the Ministry.
The workshop included several topics presented by:
a. Tariq Qunaidi, Director of the University’s Laboratory Equipment Office, and Prof. Abdel Nasser Al-Saghir is a faculty member in the Chemistry Department, College of Science
The workshop targeted: faculty members, teaching assistants, and technicians in all universities, and the workshop was honored to be attended by:
- Dr. Abdul Hakim Janqar, Director of the Laboratory Follow-up Office at the University of Tripoli.
- Dr. Amal Ammar, Director of the Ministry’s Laboratory Follow-up Office
- a. Walid Al-Hassouni, head of the office’s technical follow-up department.
- M. Muhammad Abu Khudair, head of the office’s information and documentation department.
-M. Muhammad Al-Toumi is an employee in the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department.
The workshop concluded with the handing over of certificates to the participants and attendees
