As part of the scientific activities of the Chemistry Department, and aiming to enhance scientific competence and skills, Mr. Abdel Nasser Al-Saghir, a faculty member in the department, attended an online workshop on UHPLC Fundamentals on Thursday, August 21, 2025.
The UHPLC device is based on the same principle as the HPLC device; however, due to its different components, the analysis process is improved in terms of peak resolution, exposure, and analysis time.
The main speaker in the workshop was Simon Harries, Professor of Analytical Chemistry and Technical & Training Consultant at Element Lab Solutions, United Kingdom.
