Free Scientific Lecture for High School Students (Science Track) on Solving Information Technology Course Exercises

As part of the Faculty of Science – Gharyan’s commitment to serving the community, the Community and Environmental Service Team of the Department of Computer Science organized today, Wednesday, June 24, 2026, a free scientific lecture for high school students in the Science Track on solving exercises related to the Information Technology course. The lecture was held in Lecture Hall No. 3 at the Faculty of Science – Gharyan.

The program opened with a welcoming address delivered by the Dean of the Faculty, who welcomed the participating students and praised the efforts of the Department of Computer Science and the Community and Environmental Service Team in providing educational initiatives that support students and serve the local community.

Following the opening address, members of the Department of Computer Science delivered the lecture, covering a range of topics and exercises related to the course, answering students’ questions, and providing academic guidance to help them strengthen their understanding of the subject and prepare more effectively for their examinations.

This initiative is part of the community activities carried out by the Community and Environmental Service Team of the Department of Computer Science, reaffirming the Faculty’s role in contributing to the development of the educational process and strengthening communication and engagement with different segments of the community.
