🎯 “The Influential Student: Role, Responsibility, and Participation”
The lecture was held on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at the Faculty’s Main Auditorium.
The lecture was delivered by Ms. Sana Al-Thabet, who discussed the concept of the influential student and highlighted the importance of participating in university and volunteer activities, as well as their role in personal development, skills acquisition, and building self-confidence.
Ms. Hanan Mneea, Director of the Community and Environmental Service Office, also presented a session on social responsibility and the opportunities available for students to participate in community and environmental initiatives and activities, highlighting their role in serving the Faculty and the wider community.
The event also included an open discussion with students and faculty members, providing an opportunity to exchange views and ideas on ways to strengthen student engagement. This was followed by an interactive break featuring academic questions in mathematics and physics, with encouraging prizes for the winners. 🎁
