In coordination between the Registrar of the Faculty of Science, Gharyan, Ahmed Al-Fazani, and the Chemistry Department at the Faculty of Science, Gharyan, and in a unique educational experience, Khalid Bin Al-Walid Secondary School, under the supervision of the school principal, Professor Ayman Quraira, made a special visit to the laboratories of the Chemistry Department at the Faculty of Science, Gharyan, on Monday, November 25. This visit is a great opportunity for students to explore the world of chemistry and its practical applications, and interact with professors and researchers in this field. During the visit, the Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Intisar Nasr Abdel-Ati, checked how the visit was going and encouraged the students (after welcoming them) to focus on achieving maximum benefit through their observation of chemical experiments.During the visit, the students listened to comprehensive explanations about chemistry and its applications and watched a set of experiments conducted in their presence by faculty members, teaching assistants and technicians in the Chemistry Department. We hope that this visit has contributed to enhancing the students’ understanding of chemistry and inspiring them towards a bright future in the fields of scientific research and exploration.We would like to thank all members of the Chemistry Department, including faculty members, teaching assistants, technicians and employees, for their efforts to make this visit a success.
