The Faculty of Science – University of Gharyan organized the Orientation Day for its new students on Sunday, 26 October 2025.

The program began with a recitation from the Holy Quran and the national anthem, followed by welcome addresses from Dean Dr. Omar Abudina and Vice Dean for Academic Affairs Dr. Intisar Abdelati, who emphasized the importance of diligence, hard work, and building a promising academic future.

Ms. Sana’a Al-Jali, Head of the Quality Office, delivered a speech on quality culture and the continuous pursuit of excellence, while Registrar Mr. Ahmed Al-Fazani outlined the key academic and administrative procedures for new students.

The event also featured an informative visual presentation prepared by Ms. Amani Abdulsalam Ahmid, and a special participation from a senior student, who shared her experience to inspire and motivate the newcomers.

The Faculty extends sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to the success of this day, wishing all students a productive and successful academic year.
